FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Key details about how we deliver therapy and assessments.

Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We provide secure telehealth sessions for clients across Australia, which can be a great option for people seeking flexible or sensory-friendly access.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required to book. If you plan to use Medicare rebates, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP before your first session - but you can still join the waitlist while organising this.
Can I use my NDIS funding?
Yes. We see self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We can also liaise with your support coordinator if helpful.
How long is the wait to see a psychologist?
Wait times vary depending on availability, preferences and clinical needs. We will let you know an estimated timeframe once we've reviewed your intake form and will keep you updated while you are on the waitlist.
Do you work with children?
Yes - we support children (5+), adolescents, adults and families.
What does neurodiversity-affirming support mean?
We recognise that neurological differences, like autism and ADHD, are natural variations, not problems to fix. We focus on strengths, respect sensory and communication needs, avoid masking pressures, and work with you to create environments and strategies that truly support you.
